Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Separation
My wife & I are separted. We both own the house. She has changed the locks sinced I moved out. I am trying to remove all my belongs. She is demanding that I sign a quit claim deed before. What can I do to get my stuff out without any problems?

Obviously, this is a nasty split. You should retain an attorney to obtain a court order to allow you to enter the house and obtain your belongings. Furthermore, it's obvious she wants to remove you from the deed. Therefore, to protect your equity in the house, you should seek counsel to come to some type of legal agreement regarding this matter.
