Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
i am in the state of georgia and was working for the local county here .
1 i was not giviin due process from my employer according to the employee hand book .
2. the employers head supervisorr over me went to my father and verbaly told him that he was firing me before i knew about it the next day! is this not my privacy right that was violated?

1. The employee handbook should also have the appeals process in it. Follow the appeals procedure and watch the deadline.
2. It all depends. Does your father work for the county? If so, is it within your father's duty to learn of such matters. If not, it might have invaded your privacy. Complain to that person's supervisor and launch a formal complaint.
