Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
Taking pictures of a 10 year old boy without parent's permission
My 10 yr old son and his friend were charged with burglary of this woman's house (case was dismissed). The woman went to my son's school at the end of the school day and took pictures of him while he was waiting in line for me. She has now posted his and his friend's pictures in the laundromats around town. Is this legal?

I need additional information before I can state if you have a civil claim against her. How do you know the woman took the picture and posted it? Did the person just post the picture or did she also place a narrative with the picture?
You can always go to civil court to seek equitable relief against her to prevent her from doing it. However, the question is still how do you know she did it?
