Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia
wrogfully accused of shoplifting
my 14yr old son went into major department store, bought somethings,on his way out,machine went off their security team basically pounched on him when he refused to b patted down they brought him to security room, called police,but they found nothing!!!! my son suffered emotionally trauma as well as some physical ailments, do i have the right,to take legal action, they wanted to apoligize, i want more what can i do???

From the information that you provided, it appears that the storeowner exceeded any privilege it may have under the law. Therefore, your son is probably entitled to more than just an apology.
