Breech Of Contract
We signed a contract with a general contractor almost
2 years ago, the job was to begin september 8,2003
and to be completed january 8,2004.
We were just informed to start this job in november 2004
my question is Did The General Contractor cause a
breech of contract,by not starting the job when they
were suppose to.

It would probably be a breach of contract if they delayed beginning the project over a year late, but it depends on the circumstances. For example, the delay may be excused by unusual weather.
