Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
Help me please.i did some work on a lady house,and she did not pay me i sent her a letter in mail.i have only 2 hours to complete the job,but every time i try to call her she always puting me off,the letter i sent her she refused it what do i need to do to get me money,she owe's me $1250.00

At a minimum, you should have a mechanic's lien on the property.
For $1,250, you can sue her in small claims court. This is a simple process.
You should have evidence of the contract, the terms (if verbal), phone records, e-mail, texts, and any witnesses.
