Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

Work Authorization

26 days ago, I signed a roofing company's Work Authorization form. To have my roofing repaired contingent on my Insurance approval. They approved, I haven't call to Co to begin work yet. What if I want to use another/cheaper co instead? Am I now bound to this company?

Re: Work Authorization

You are bound by the terms of the agreement you signed. However, if the roofing company first violates a term of the agreement, you may then terminate the contract.
