Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
bad service
I would like to know if I can sue a company from the state I reside (GA) even though services were render to me in another state (AL) . Thank you much.

Maybe; maybe not. A lawyer will have to review the facts of the transaction and the other business. If the company does no business in GA, and the entire transaction took place outside of GA, you will have a difficult time suing them here.
