Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
An 'enrollment agreement' from our sons school lists both my wife and I as the 'undersigned', yet only my wife signed the agreement (I did not). Is the agreement still valid if both of us did not sign?

Contracts only bind the people who sign them. So unless you signed (or unless she has your power of attorney and signed for you) you're not a party to the contract. However, a parent can be held liable for the necessary expenses of a child, so depending on details we don't have, you may be liable on that basis. No one who has not read the contract and gotten details can tell you for sure.
