Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
If a law suit has both my name and my daughters name can I give a answer with both
names on it and can the judge issue default judgement against my daughter if she fails
to up in court with me.

Unless you're a lawyer, NO. You'd be representing her without a law license, which is a crime for which you can be jailed and fined. And since she didn't answer, she'd lose the case. Showing up in court is prety useless if you haven't defended the case. Both you and her need to see a lawyer. Answering without understanding legal defenses and procedures is a guaranteed loss.
