Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Medical Tests
I had some medical tests done. On the forms they ask for an
emergency contact, I listed my mother as my emergency contact. The
nurse then called my mother and read her my test results. When the
nurse called, she just confirmed that it was '' Ms. Doe'' instead of
confirming the whole name. Of course, she is my mother, we have the
same last name. These are test results that I would not have wanted
my mother to know, I am 28 years old. Do I have any legal recourse?
