Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia
Hello my qustion is this. I loaned my bf $360(now ex) when I found out I was pregnant with his child he was suspost to pay me back the end of the month this was around first of may he has only paid less then half back there was no written agreement but I have messages from him stating that he does owe me money is that enough proof to get my money back? What can I do ? P.s Im still pregnant an he hasn't botherd to help me with anything even before we broke up what are my rights as a unwed mothertobe thankyou for your time and answer :)

You have a FAR bigger problem with him than the $360. You have 18 years of future child support to collect. As soon as your child is born, go to the state child support unit and put him on child support.
Yes, you may be able to obtain the remaining amount if you have indications of the loan through texts, e-mails, cancelled checks, etc. You can always sue him in small claims court.
As soon as the child is born, demand child support. If he isn't willing to repay a $300 loan, it is unlikely he will pay child support without a court order and a wage deduction order.
