Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

department store card

In Georgia, is a department store card such as a Parisian card considered an ''open account'' thus mandating that the 4 year SOL applies. Last, is a ''revolving account'' in Georgia the same as an ''open account'' for purposes of the SOL? Are there any GA cases that lays out the answers to my questions? Many thanks.
