Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

loan

I lent monies on a corp card to a fellow associate and have not had them pay me back. I have a contract to pay that is in arrears. I will pay the card but need to know how to collect from the associate without the company getting involved. The transaction was not company related.

You would need to file a lawsuit against the associate for the amount owed (or threaten to). It is probably immaterial how you originally supplied the loan.
