Promissory Note

If you have signed a Promissory note that has not been Notarized is it considered a legal binding document?

A contract need not be notarized in order for it to be legally binding. Whether or not your promissory note is binding can only be determined after review by counsel. See Mr. Ashman's response.

There is no requirement that notes be notarized.

Without seeing the language of a note there is no way to answer your question.
