Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

Can vehicles be seized

If a used car dealership has several judgements against them for business practices can the vehicles the business is selling be seized to satisfy the individual liens? If so, would the individuals be responsible for collecting againts said lien in this manner or would the county or state have to intervene?
