Can my wages be garnished?

I lost a a small claims suit in the local magistrate court in Georgia. I was ordered to pay roughly $2000. Can my wages or bank accounts be garnished if the person refuses what I can afford on a monthly basis? She will not accept my offer for payment and wants it in 6 months and I am asking for 12, what can I do?

She can start a garnishment at any time. Nothing other than a bankruptcy would prevent that.
