Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
In 2014 I plead guilty to 2 felonies (battery/family violence and criminal damage to property-2nd degree) I was originally placed on deferred adjudication, probation under first offenders act and is still on probation now. However, later on in the year, I pulled my background check just to see what all it says and underneath the felony charges it has first offender act revoked due to previous usage with a misdemeanor. Then it says disposition to be determined or something, it's confusing. SO my question is on an employment application, will I mark YES for a felony conviction?? & What things could be done about me misinterpreting the sentence??
