Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My adopted daughter was arrested for manufacturing possession and she is out of jail but the dtf told her if she didn't wear a wire for them they will put her back in jail her fiancee is also in jail for same with no bond can they rears her for refusing to wear wire

Your daughter could spend a decade or more in prison. She should NOT be talking with police without counsel and she risks prison every day she waits to get a lawyer. She is talking to the very people who want her in prison.
