Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I've been arrested 3 times, the first arrest was expunged, then the other 2 happened after. Charges were dropped after every arrest. I've never even been to court once after every arrest. The last 2 arrest are still on my record when background checks are done. How and is there a way to remove those of my background?

It is now called "record restriction" and you may need to hire an attorney to do this for you -- process can get complicated unless you have been through this before
Good luck
