Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
In Georgia is an indictment and special presentment or presentment the same thing? If so,how?

How are the three indictments the same? What would that matter other than for a school exam question? If you are charged with aggravated assault, and facing 20 years in prison, does it matter IF it is a direct indictment, a true bill grand jury indictment, an accusation, a special presentment. Really?
