Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Im not guilty, and cant be proven
I was arrested on a charge of burglary and the police does not have any evidence that it was me and can not prove i was even around the area at that time. The video that was brought from the place was not me and can be proven not me if they would investigate more on it. The height, and weight would prove me innocent. What can i do so i am not being put down on this charge and have had nothing to do with it?
