i'm a minor and was going to have sex with a34 year old.
what should i do we are going to court,and i was wondring what they could do to him.the thing is i wanted it what could they do to me also

Depending on how old you are he could be charged with and convicted of statutory rape. It does not matter if you consented or not. It does not even matter if he believed you to be above the age of consent.
