Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Im currently on misdemeanor probation for marijuana but pissed dirty today for marijuana and meth.. My p.o didnt lock me up but simply gave me a report date to report in two weeks.. What is usually the outcome of those type of situations

PO can file a Petition for Revocation for your violation of your probation (jail time for balance up to 2 years depending how much time left) and possible new drug charges (MJ and Meth)

You must hire a criminal attorney who handles these types cases ASAP to try to nip this in the bud

What brand of drug test kit did PO use??

Report where? Court? or back in the P.O.'s office. If it is court, then the PO will let the judge revoke your probation. Good luck.
