Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I was terminated from work for alleged "fraud" which cost the company $55,000 in loss. They didn't say if they were going to charge or arrest me but only said that I was terminated. Can they still try to arrest me ? I took no money. I didn't do it for personal nor beneficial gain. My intentions were to try to benefit the company but didn't do it the correct way. They had footage of me for three months and not once did I ever take anything.

Can "they" your employer arrest you? No, they are not law enforcement. If you are suspected of committing a crime, certainly law enforcement can arrest you.
