2nd in 5 yrs DUI are sever and maximum are 1 yr jail, 1000 fine, 80 hrs comm. service, dui school. interlock system, alcohol assessmt. and treatment if nec. suspension 18 mo.+/-.

THEN, your probation may be revoked, altered, etc, depending on original sentence. I suggest you go to www.augustadui.com and fill out form for more info. Do NOT fail to send in 10 DAY REQUEST FOR HEARING or you license will be susp. w/out hearing as indicated in DDS 1205.
