Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Georgia

Refund policy not stated

I bought tickets for my family and me for a new attraction, the Georgia Aquarium, from their website at a cost of almost $100. Now we can't make the date. The tickets are non-refundable, according to the email I received from a visitor services representative. However, this isn't stated anywhere on the website or during the ticket purchase process.

I've tried contacting them by phone but can't get a real person on the phone.

Is it legal for them to have a 'no refunds' policy without informing the consumer?

Re: Refund policy not stated

Yes. There is no automatic right to a refund of a sale.
