Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I have a 2 week old son and he does not have his fathers last name nor is he on the birth certificate im not asking for child support or any help from his father but he has been threating me to take me to court and take custody of the baby from me can he do that?

He can legitimate the child and request full custody, shared custody, or visitation.

The court will determine what is in the best interest of the child.
