If she is getting back child support, usually it means that your father is simply repaying your mother for money she has already spent on you. Under most child support, back child support is not for your current expenses. So, it is unlikely the court will require your mother to expend money that she receives for back child support.

Based on your question, it appears that your father isn't paying child support for your expenses today because it isn't in the order or you're not in college.
