do you have to have an attorney to file a contempt of court petition regarding a previously settled divorce

People have filed court actions on their own with some success and without success. However, most people don't have the time to read, understand, and follow the law and the court rules. As a result, with most court matters, including family law litigation, it is better to hire an experienced attorney to represent you.
