My boyfriend wants to legitimize his son in order to leave the women that gave birth to him, he feels he is trapped cause he doesnt want to lose custody of his son because she would take the son and move out of state, my boyfriend really wants custody they were never married. how can we assure he get custody and have him legitimize so she cant take him
