My brothers ex wife is keeping his children from he. They have a court order that states he is to have visitation. She has taken the children and moved. What can he do?

To enforce the order, your brother must file a petition for contempt. In the same action, if he wants to try to obtain custody of the children or at the minimum change visitation to take into account the distance between the two homes, he should do so as soon as possible.
