How do I get custody of my boys who are 14 and 16 years old. What is the legal way to go about it?

Re: Child custody
Step one would be to see a lawyer to get details. The steps would depend on those details.

Re: Child custody
Under Georgia law, the election of a child 14 or over is binding on the court in a change of custody action unless the selected parent is unfit.
If your boys are willing to sign an affidavit selecting you as the parent with whom they desire to live, you should speak with an attorney right away about filing a complaint to modify custody based on their elections. The sooner you are able to get before a judge, the sooner the old oblgations, including child support, can be terminated.
