Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

If my child custody case was finalized in Georgia, and the non-custodial parent has since moved to OK, will I hve to file in OK if I wish to request a modification?

If the child is in Georgia and the order was issued in Georgia, the only place you could file a change in custody petition is Georgia.
