Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have one child from a previous relationship. In the custody agreement for my son it says he and I can't live with a male unless related by blood or marriage. I am pregnant again with my current boyfriend.... is there a loophole in that agreement or are we just forced to get married?

No one can answer your question about loopholes without actually reviewing the documents. However, based on what you said, you ommited an option that is clearly available--consider living independently.
Based on what you said (since we have not read the document), if you want to lose custody of your son, violate a court order and see what the judge does. You don't, if you actually care about your child, hopoe for loopholes in a court order. Even if you found one, a judge may find that your poor choice of getting pregnant without marriage and wanting to live with a man without marriage make you unfit to have custody.
This is the 21st Century where marriage is thought by many as an antiquated concept. Nevertheless, you still have to comply with the court's order until it is modified.
Once you have the baby, you might consider hiring an attorney to see if filing a petition to modify custody is appropriate. After all, the judge should (but doesn't have to) consider the second child. Of course, it would be in the best interest of the second child to have his father live with him/her.
