child support distribution

I would like to know if there is form of some kind that I can send to my childrens father to prove to him that child support is to be used for other things besides toys and video games. That child support is to be used to help pay bills and things the children need

If you are in Georgia, there is no requirement that you have to account for your expenditures of child support. Both parties are presumed to use a similar percentage of their income to support the children. The money you receive from him goes into the "pot" from which you pay not only the direct expenses for the children like clothes, medical and activities, etc., but also indirect expenses like paying rent or mortgage to keep a roof over their heads, car expense to get them to scholl and activities, etc.
