Child Support

If I am paying child support and the child moves in with me before the child is emancipated and my ex-wife has custodial care in the divorce, can I stop child support payments.

Re: Child Support

Based on the few facts provided, it appears that you probably need to file a complaint to modify custody and terminate your support obligation, and establish the mom's support obligation to you. This would be filed in the county where the mom lives. You should immediately consult with an attorney because your support obligation continues until it is changed by a court.
