Child support termination

My seventeen year old stop daughter is getting married, do we have to go through legal proceedures to stop child support once she is married, or can we just stop?

It depends on the language used in your agreement and decree. If the language says you pay until certain events occur, such as death of the child, marriage of the child, etc., then the support terminates when that event occurs and you should not have to go to court.
