Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

child visitations

Do children have to visit the non-custodial parent when the children does not want to go(ages 10& 13). The non-custodial spends no time with them. It is a pick-up, drop off, and keep going situation. When the kids have sports activities on their weekend visit, the non-custodial parent each and every time does not take them to the activity. The children are very unhappy with the situation and does not want to visit.
