Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My children were placed into family members custody because I failed a drug test for dfcs. My daughter went to her grandparents in Alabama the dfcs case is open in Georgia. She's been in their custody for a week now and they are trying to say Alabama never OK it and they are trying to take custody of her. Can I sign my temporary rights over to a family member in California and can I do it before dfcs takes her and places her in their custody? What can ii do before they take my daughter? I have only so little time to do what needs to be done.

It was really foolish to post this levek of detail on the public internet where DFCS can see it and use it against you (suggestion: delete it ASAP). What you suggest is probably a very good way to sabotage your chances, whatever they may be, to ever get custody back, and doing something this foolish, which would fail (and require you to commit perjury, a serious felony, as you'd have to lie to another state's court about the pending matter), and could get you in deep trouble, Talk to your lawyer (surely you knew to hire one the moment they took your children), start listening to your lawyer, get yourself in a long term drug rehab program and work with your lawyer.
