my dad has custody of me now and i'm 14 and i want to go live with my mom. am i old enough to choose who i want to live with

In GA, at age 14 you can state your preference to the judge, but it is not binding if, for example, the judge were to find your mother to be an unfit parent. Consult with a local attorney.
