Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My daughters father is trying to take me to court over our child. I have primary custody and moved 2 hours away which at the time he didn't fight it, but now since he has to meet me to get her which is like and hour or so he is trying to say I kidnapped her. At time of divorce he was in navy so his visitation was as he could. He also quit paying his child support in 2014. Should I be worried that I could get in trouble for moving away?

Moving may pose two problems: (1) Did you violate any language in the court order or parenting plan (meaning possible contempt), and (2) Since a move may limit visitation and make it cost more, it can be the basis for a modification in custody or visitation or support. While it's not kidnapping, it is serious business, and pro se litigants tend to do badly, so you need a lawyer asap.
