Devulging Financial information illegally
My ex and the ex of my new man are sharing my financial information. She was told by my ex how much I make and he also shared with her my bank statements showing times I've spent money to rent a car to go out of town. Can I prosecute both or only him for giving out information that is neither of their business?

No, YOU cannot prosecute anyone - that is for prosecutors. It is also not generally "illegal" for people to have conversations about gossip or things that are "none of their business." If so, jails would be overflowing and most people would be subject to arrest. Improper use of your banking information would be another issue, but not one raised in your post.
