Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Dfacs took my baby girl she was 13 years old. Had no emergency custody hearing served no paperwork and its been 9 months. I had sole full custody through divorce. Dfacs gave her to father who called dfacs initially. My daughter for whats been told wants to come home. Dfacs keeps add criterias and stated I mentally abused abused my daughter. What can I do? Anonymous general posts help, but yours I may hurt. As soon as you get the question fixed, you are many months overdue to get a lawyer. It matters.
