Divorce or annulment?

When we got married, she told me that she had been married once before. I found out that she had been married twice before we got married. Is this a ground for an annulment? We just had a child three weeks ago. Does that matter?

It is not grounds for an annulment. However, if you are looking for a (relatively) easy out of the marriage, you can file for divorce on the grounds that the marriage is irretrievably broken.
