how do i ile for divorce on my own in ga if i cant find the other person?

It is very inexpensive to do it with a lawyer, so if you don't know how to do it, the only good answer is to retain one. Call me to discuss this further.

Teaching you how to accomplish a divorce from a spouse who cannot be located is outside the scope of this forum. The fee that attorneys charge for proceedings such as the one that you describe are typically reasonable. Your best approach will be to hire representation.
