Divorce papers state my ex will pay support until 18 yrs old finishes high school or attends college which ever occurs latter. She finished high school and now attends college. She turned 18 in 2008 and he has not paid support in 8 months. Can he legally do this. It also states he is to pay for college if she is still living with me which she is. She has had to apply for student loan because he says he cant afford it even though he lives in a 400,000.00 house new cars ect. He has sent about 400.00 to my daughter via her bank account. He is also ,reponsible for insurance but I have it on her because he never would keep insurance constitantly. He says he doesnt have to pay anymore whos right?

Since none of us here has read the exact language of your papers, no one here can answer you unless we read the paperwork first. The lawyer who represented you in your divorce would be the best person to ask.
You should have a local attorney review the order. If your ex is not complying with the order, a motion for contempt should be filed to force him to comply. You may also be entitled to reimbursement if you paid for expenses that he was ordered to pay.
