Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Can an employee of Child Support Services who has a personal child support case open. Be investigated for interfering in their own case? Is this a conflict of intrest? Would the non-costodial parent have any recourse in such a matter? Is this illegal? If so who would one complain to?
