Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am a female co-owner of a home but am not married. 89,000 is owed. Appraised for 156,000 recently. How difficult would it be to get my name off of this mortgage and have it put solely in his name? I want NOTHING out of the house but my clothes and pictures. Both credit scores are good.
