I believe my fiance' is cheating on me. I want to leave. How do I get custody? How do I keep him from taking our baby when I leave?

Right now, if he has legitimated the child, both of you have equal rights to the child. As stated above, you should consult with a local attorney regarding custody and child support. Simply because he may want custody does not mean he will get it. A judge will decide what is in the best interest of the child.
